Charlie Benedetti

Charlie Benedetti is a genderqueer, demisexual Italian film director who believes that a future exists where sexuality and gender will no longer need labels. But, they also understand that a lot of people in the world still need to feel reassured and safe, as well as represented. Charlie seeks this themselves, and believes the only way to make this possible is by providing cultural, emotional and sex education. They use their storytelling ability to narrate a life outside of heteronormativity and the binary, a world where members of the LGBTQ+ community and heterosexual individuals can reveal themselves and be seen.
